Cinnamon-Coconut Fried Bananas

Get ready to fall in love with dessert and not have to feel guilty about it.
This is a really easy and amazingly good dessert that is gluten-free and dairy-free!

What you need for one serving
(double, triple, etc. if making for others. I tripled this with no problems at all):

2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 banana (slightly under ripe is better because it'll hold up better under the heat)
2 teaspoons cinnamon, divided
1 tablespoon shredded coconut, divided
1/2 teaspoon honey

How to:

-Put the coconut oil in a fry pan or skillet on medium heat.
-Slice the banana and put it in the pan.
-Add half the coconut and cinnamon over the banana slices and drizzle with half the honey.
-When the bananas start to shrink and look a little see-through, flip them (or just stir) and add in the rest of the coconut, cinnamon and honey.
-Once all the bananas look "done" (transparent and soft) remove from heatand eat the hell out of it.
-You can thank me when you're done drooling.
